Delivery InformationDelivery Information All carriers impose restrictions and limitations on their service. None of the carriers we use will deliver on Sunday or a Bank Holiday/Public Holiday. These carriers impose other restrictions and limitations on their service that we and you are obliged to accept. All deliveries require a signature to acknowledge receipt. The scheduled delivery dates quoted presume that a person will be present at the delivery address during working hours (or before 9am if delivery before 9am is chosen) on the relevant day to accept delivery and provide a signature. If no person is present, delivery will not be made on the scheduled day and you will probably receive a card posted through your door asking you to collect the consignment from a main Post Office or depot, or to contact the carrier to arrange an alternative date when a person will be present at the delivery address. You should inspect the product(s) at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery note. In the event that the product(s) cannot be inspected on delivery, the person accepting delivery should write ‘Not inspected’ on the delivery note. In the unlikely event of damage having occurred during transit, failure to inspect the product(s) at the time of delivery leads to unnecessary delay in replacing products. You must notify us of any damage in transit by e-mail within three days of delivery. UKFor the majority of products, you can select how you would prefer your purchase to be delivered to you, within the UK. Our general aim is next day delivery, for orders received by 2pm. The scheduled delivery dates shown below are for mainland UK only; delivery times are extended by one day for Northern Ireland, the highlands and islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands.
